Job Summary

Due to recent expansion with a strong growth in business towards providing a premium standard of
marquee for weddings, festivals and other private events, All in One Event Hire are seeking an
Operations Manager with strong people management skills to ensure the coordination and
management of the our events on the ground.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right person within a growing and forward-thinking company.
This role would be suitable for somebody with previous experience managing a team.
You will be required to run teams of 4 to 15 men (depending on the requirement) but also be able to
work on your own if required.

Job Type / Category
The Role
• Taking the lead in the planning/scheduling of jobs
• Coordinating and motivating the team to ensure the smooth running of operations.
• Coordinate and conduct team meetings and Tool Box talks to update members on best practices
and continuing expectations
• Maintain an environment of continuous improvement, driving forward targets and performance
levels.
• Being onsite erecting and overseeing installation and removal for each large event.
• Event Day management may also be required from time to time.
• Warehouse management, including loading and unloading (making sure all equipment is loaded
correctly and safely) as well as delivering of equipment to each site.
• Knowledge of carpentry or electrics would also be preferred but not essential.
• Happy to work occasional unsociable hours (overtime paid). Majority of work will be outdoors
• Must hold a valid EU driving license. (Additional C or C1 category is desirable but not essential).
• Competitive salary dependent on experience with Overtime and Mobile Phone provided

Essential Requirements
• Team Leadership experience with strong people management skills
• Relevant experience in a similar role
• Strong Oral and Written communication skills
• Admin and IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Drive and focus
• Time Management Skills
• Impeccable integrity and reliability, confident, assertive and professional.
• The ability to remain focused and driven under pressure.
• Needs to be self-motivated, a good problem solver and able to work within a team as well as
managing a team.
• The candidate must be capable of communicating with all clients effectively to ensure good
customer service.
• Applicant must be fit and happy to work long hours during busy season
• References must be provided
• Must be living within 40 minutes drive of Wexford Town Area
